A Bit About Us

Prestbury Youth Pantomime is a production performed during the second week of January each year at the Little Theatre (MADS), Lord Street in Macclesfield.

The cast is made up of local children in school years 7 to 13. They are supported by a committee of adult volunteers along with experienced professionals offering specific skills in lighting, sound, stage management music and dance.

Auditions take place in early September and are open to local children in school years 7 to 13.

Rehearsals take place in Prestbury village. Main Cast rehearsals take place on a Tuesday with Dancer rehearsals on Wednesday and then Full Cast rehearsals on a Saturday afternoon.
